We understand that selecting the perfect wedding album is an important decision and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Linen Wedding Album, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

If you would like to return your album, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, the album must be in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear or damage. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is eligible for a return, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price, minus any shipping or handling fees. ($150-$200).

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that customizations, such as personalized engravings or customized covers, cannot be returned unless there is an error on our end.

Shipping Times: Our standard shipping time for wedding albums is 7-14 from the time of album design confirmation. Please note that this is an estimate and actual shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your wedding album has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Delays: We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, shipping carrier issues, or customs delays. However, if your shipment is delayed for any reason, we will do our best to keep you informed and work with you to find a solution.
